» Orders.
Each piece is made to order in our studio in Maple Ridge, BC. Every effort will be made to mail your piece within 10 business days but most will be shipped within 3 days of receipt of payment. Please email kellie@kelliesutton.com if you require quicker delivery.

» Shipping.
Your jewelry will be shipped by Canada Post. A $5.95 shipping fee will be added to each order.

» Sizes.
The average necklace is 16” long. The average bracelet is 7 ½ inches. The average anklet is 10 inches. For bracelets and anklets take a string and loosely wrap around your wrist or ankle. Add ½ inch for comfort.

» Custom Orders.
Custom orders are available. If you have a special piece in mind please email us at kellie@kelliesutton.com.

» Repairs.
Your jewelry is guaranteed under normal wear and tear for 3 months from purchase. After 3 months, your jewelry will be repaired for a nominal fee. Kellie Sutton reserves the right to determine normal wear and tear. If you should need a piece repaired, please email Kellie at kellie@kelliesutton.com before shipping.

» Returns and Exchanges.
If you are not happy with your piece you may return it, if unworn, for up to 14 days from purchase. The jewelry must be in its original condition, including tags. There are no returns on custom pieces, special orders or sale items. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If you should wish to return your purchase please email Kellie at kellie@kelliesutton.com before shipping. Please include a copy of your invoice or packing slip with your return. All returns must be insured for their full value. We will not be responsible for uninsured jewelry lost in the mail.

» Payment.

» Exchange Rate.
All prices are in Canadian dollars. The exchange rate will be the daily rate charged by your credit card company.

» Sales Tax.
Canadian residents will be charged 5% GST. All British Columbia residents
will be charged 7% sales tax plus 5% GST.

» How to care for your jewelry.
The easiest way to care for your jewelry is to keep it clean and stored in an airtight environment. Never spray perfume or hairspray on your silver jewelry or it will tarnish. For a quick and environmentally friendly cleaner, place a sheet of aluminum foil, shiny side up, in a large dish. Place your jewelry in the bottom, making sure to not overlap each other. Pour about 1 inch of boiling water on top of the jewelry and immediately sprinkle 2 heaping Tablespoons of baking soda over the water. Leave jewelry in soda water for 5 minutes. Remove from solution, rinse well under cool water and dry well. If needed, you may repeat this until your piece is bright and shiny. Safe for most stones except porous beads such as turquoise, sponge coral and wood. Use this method at your own risk.
