About The Designer

Kellie Sutton – The Art of Jewelry features original, artistic works by designer Kellie Sutton. Kellie prides herself in creating unique designs that every woman can wear. Whether a jeans and t-shirt kind of gal, a business executive favoring suits or a special event attendee, Kellie has something she is sure to love.

While on a summer vacation a few years ago, Kellie was introduced to the ‘Art of Jewelry’ design by a friend. She discovered that she loved the process of picking out beads, designing art pieces and utilizing her new-found techniques. Soon, while wearing her new treasures, Kellie was stopped by friends, co-workers and family, asking her to design something for them. What started out as a part-time hobby has turned into a thriving business. Kellie loves to tell the story of how all she really wanted to do was make a few bracelets for herself and her Mom!

Kellie uses a variety of different materials when creating her designs. She incorporates only the finest quality semi-precious gemstones, sterling silver, 14K gold-filled and Swarovski crystals, working her creative metal artistry to produce stunning, one-of-a-kind pieces.

Kellie has had the privilege of studying with several extremely talented artists: Lisa Niven Kelly from Redwood City, California, Sharilyn Miller of Idyllwild, California and Lisa Claxton of San Francisco, California. The inspiration provided by these exceptional artisans has helped define Kellie’s art of jewelry designs.

Kellie Sutton has been involved in many community events including “Cops for Cancer” fundraising.

She lives in Maple Ridge, B.C. with her husband.
